It is established as a Limited Liability Commercial Company, with the corporate name of " Ediments Lógicos, SL " and with an indefinite duration.

The registered office remains located in Seville, at Calle Luis Belmonte, No. 2, in the Nervión neighborhood of Seville.

The Corporate Purpose is “Real estate activity in general, and especially the acquisition, promotion, construction, administration, sale, leasing and exploitation of all types of commercial premises, urban and rural properties, properties, warehouses and buildings, whether commercial premises businesses, offices, or homes, even officially protected. The execution on its own behalf and on behalf of third parties of all types of urban and industrial building works, urbanization, earthworks and drilling of all types, restoration or rehabilitation facilities and others included in the aforementioned concepts, both directly and indirectly, through participation in other companies whose corporate purpose is similar. -
